    Well update to the update!

    Got a call from optics planet. Seens they are 4 weeks from shipping that particular scope. They made me a deal on a different scope so i upgraded with the exception of the FFP which i have been using SFP for years so i can manage easily.

    I got the Vortex Viper HS-T 6-24 SFP for $427 shipped. Better glass. So i guess we wait now.

    A lot of people have had bad experiences with Optics Planet, but mine has been good. Twice they contacted me on an out of stock item and made me a really good deal on a higher priced item. Both times I spent a bit more than I planned, but got an excellent deal. Sounds like they did you right.

    I agree guys. My first trouble really but reviews a few years back say they were taking some hits. But who knows how much of it was biased. All I know is like Legionnaire they gave me a Smoking Deal. $399 for a HS-T 6-24x50...man. I am still stoked. I won't hesitate to go back for my next one.
