Is this a reliable jeweling company?

I want to have my Remington .22 rifles bolt jeweled. I would do it myself, but I don't have the necasary tools (mainly the drill press) so I was wondering were I could get it done cheaply, and with good quality. I stumbled upon the website sited above. There pictures show great quality work, and there prices are half of what most large companies do it for. I'm not sure if there legit, and I would hate nothing more than to lose $40, and my 512s bolt. If this site isn't good, does any one else know where I can get my .22s bolt jeweled for under $50?

I don't know for sure, but seems like there was a fellow down Houston way that did extraordinary trigger work and some jeweling?

...anyone know how to reach him?
I've gone holiday brain_drain_dead and can't remember his name
