I recently pitched the Lee Ram Swage primarily for .308 and .223 reloading. I set the swage up for .308. I sized and deprimed my brass. When I use the swage it bends my case mouth inwards a significant amount causing me to have to re-size all the brass. Additionally, on cases with a significant primer crimp it doesn’t seem to be pushing the crimp out of the way enough for it to be re-primed with the Lee Hand Prime tool. Is this supposed to happen, am I using it wrong, or is it defective? Thanks for the help!

I don't own one but I just looked at the drawing . Is it possible to drive the case in so deep that the mouth makes contact with the tapered portion in the die ?

No real help I use the rcbs swager for my lp & sp primer pocket needs.

Thank you for starting this thread, going to learn about a new tool lee has out when others start posting.

Well I figured out the issue! I ended up removing the cap at the top off the swagger and found a second push die sitting ontop of the first push die. It was keeping the push rod from fully making contact with the larger .308 case. After removing it the product works great and doesn’t have any issues! I suppose I got spare parts for my swage for free out of the ordeal
