Issues with Blazer .22LR lot code C21AA05

Just a heads up, I got 5,000 rounds of Blazer from Target Sports USA, its underpowered and wont properly cycle my semi-auto. Talked to CCI and they had me send all of it back to them for analysis. They advised that while it met specs it was causing issues with stovepiping and other issues on 4 different pistols they had in-house. The lot code is lot code C21AA05.

To CCI's credit, they send a UPS driver with a call tag to pick the suspect ammo up and they send replacement ammo... all at no charge to me. So they do the right thing, its just inconvenient.

Good for CCI for their response; for testing the suspect ammo, and especially for telling you the results and owning up to the issue. I really like the Blazer, but a bad batch will happen from time to time, even in the best manufacturing processes. Now I've got some lot numbers to go check...

Yep, I like Blazer because its the cheapest .22 that will (usually) cycle my semi with no problems. This is the 2nd time I've run into this issue and CCI handled it like this both times.

If it's in spec but won't function in their test guns I would suggest their specs might need revising.
