It followed me home.... Now how do I fix it?

Does anyone know if Universal welded the muzzle attachments on?

My Universal does not have that...

on the muzzle. Is your bolt carrier the GI kind or is it the stamped metal kind. The stamped one with have a hole in it where the GI is solid.....mine is a great shooter....chris3
 
Here's a close up. I was thinking of carefully splitting it with a dremel, and seeing if it would be possible to knock it off from there. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

It's a compensator, God knows there is such violent recoil and muzzle rise with that magnum .30 carbine:neener:

The dremel worked!! Hopefully, my sling, barrel band with bayonet lug, mag pouch, and other such accesories arrive this week.
