"Itis" issues...

I have same issues, including periferal neuropathy. I just exercise my hand with tennis ball. I also wear gloves when I shoot, it improves my grip, makes it easier and less painful to rack the slide, and protects my hand from a bit of recoil
I have that, too. A syrinx in my spinal cord in the neck and another in my upper back, along with arthritis narrowing of the nerve canals on the left cervical side, are slowly strangling the left arm nerves so it is going numb.

Luckily I am right handed so that hasn’t affected the strong hand. (Yet :()

Stay safe.

Got to the range again today with the Walther CCP M2 380 and the pistol just continues to surprise me. Initially it was patterning about 2 inches low at 7 yards so I changed the front sight from the one that came installed to a lower one. Today the first magazine let me check out that it did hit near where I thought it should. The second magazine put 8 rounds in about an inch and a half group right in the inner ring at 7 yards firing hand held and moderately rapid.

The fixed barrel and great grip as well as the really really mild recoil just make this remarkably controllable. Add in the easy maintenance and truly light rack and it's a winner. I do think I want to switch the sights out to combo fiber/tritium ones. Fortunately it also uses the same sights as a Glock 19 so there are a brazillion choices out there.

I live in the Quad Cities, between Iowa and Illinois, along I-80. We had a nice Gander Mountain Store in Davenport, but it croaked. We have a large Dick's Store in Davenport, but I refuse to do business with them because they are aptly described by their name. We have a good indoor range and shooting club, Davenport guns, but they tend to carry newer firearms. I like the old stuff.

Gander mountain had a great supply of shooting accessories and guns. I really miss them. Luckily, Simpson's Collector Guns is about 60 miles down the road. I like them a lot. Their prices are too high, ( Who's prices aren't?) but they honestly describe the condition of the piece.

I liked gander mnt before it was bought by Marcus Lemonis and camping world. He had issues a few years ago against hunting, and I don't think he likes guns (in common peoples possession). I won't shop at either place now. Just FYI.
