In your waste band holsters. What do you guys think? are these the best holsters for concealed carry? Glock19 is the weapon. I've never tried one so thought I'd ask.

Yes, I think that they are the best choice for concealed carry. I carry my Springfield XD Compact in an MTAC Inside-The-Waistband holster. Once I got used to is I found it to be very comfortable and secure. A good gunbelt goes a long way to helping with the comfort.

I also have a Kholster IWB for a full-size 1911 that I have. I don't carry it as often, but when I do, I find it to be very comfortable as well.

The nice thing about both of these holsters is that they are tuckable. You can tuck your shirt over them into your pants, and no one will know that you are carrying.

no apology necessary. actually i think your combining the spelling of "waste" and "Glock" in the same sentence is quite appropriate.:D

as to your IWB question-- a properly fitted holster at the 4 o'clock can be so comfortable that one forgets it is even there. try to find a store that will let you try them on (sans gun) before you buy. mistakes can add up fast.

I went from OWB holsters to IWB holsters, specifically the ones made by High Noon. I use the Tailgate at 4 o'clock with a CZ P-01 or a Ruger SP101 DAO at 2 o'clock. I find them to be very comfortable and concealing the weapon is easy. I will eventually buy some OWB holsters for winter time.

Wow nice...I was skeptical at first about the comfort level. I was thinking "How can a gun inside your waist band be comfortable? even if its designed to be a IWB?" You guys have answered it..I'll check some out, and follow your reccomendations guys..

I've got to say that the first few days with the MTAC and the XD Compact were pretty uncomfortable. However, I hung in there, spent some time adjusting the holster and figuring out where to wear it, and it all worked out great. Now I don't mind it at all.

For me I like to wear it right at 3 o'clock. This lets me sit in the car or in a chair without feeling like I'm sitting on the gun. For you 4 o'clock guys, do you find sitting to be uncomfortable?

I love my Comp Tac MTAC and CTAC (for a different gun). I can carry my Sig P226 comfortably concealed even with a tucked shirt over it! Nobody has a clue I'm carrying. They work great. If you are military they have a discount as well.

I don't notice anymore, I've been carrying this way for 14 years now.

I might is I was exactly at "4 o'clock", but the happy spot behind my hip isn't at an exact twelfth of my circumference.
With my holsters, having the front clip at approximately "3 o'clock" puts the gun slightly behind my hip but not in the way when I sit or do most anything.

I have used the DeSantis Cozy Partner and now the Comp-Tac Infidel for my 2nd Gen Glock 19 and am quite happy with the comfort of both holsters.
