J frame custom grips

    Do any of the grip makers sell grip blocks with the grip frame inletted only?

    Not that I'm aware of.
    But then again, I've never asked either.

    Sure wouldn't hurt to ask.
    The worst they can say is "no".

    Hogue does, I'm pretty sure, but, they charge you an arm and a leg.

    Arm and a leg as in more than a finished set?

    You better call them, or email them.
    I wanted unfinished grips, big blocks I could sand and finish and, IIRC, the quote was around 80 dollars.
    I found finished grips for my single six that were about 60 shipped, IIRC, in the cowboy section. Maybe not as wide as I would have liked, but they are nice.
