I saw a lot going on in the ROG Facebook group and among the makers who were there. Tom did a sweet job on that pig knife.

It was impressive. I got to listen to him explaining how he made it and how challenging it was for him. "I had to break out the hand files for the first time in a lot of years..."

I met several good folks I hadn't met before and reconnected with a sheath-maker that I hadn't seen in a couple of years. Dozens of people came from out of state (had a great time joking with a couple from Ontario, Canada).
