i just bought a streamlight m6 off of my buddy at work for my xd, and i amalready happy with it. all i have done is mess with the switches and knob, but I like it already. Ever since i had that laser lyte laser I wanted something a little more durible, and i always wanted a flashlight so what better way to go right! it locks solidly on my xd service model, i haven't shot with it yet but i am hoping to soon, and hope, to get the laser zeroed and have some fun. since the xd is my home defense gun i think there is no better set up than a light laser combo. the light is bright and lights up the whole bedroom when the lights in the room are out or dim, the laser is bright and resides in the center of the white light. i relly like the feature of the knob on the bottom that allows it to be off, laser only, white light only, or the light laser together. It is sweet and i will be sure to fill ya'll in on the performace aspect later. no more than what i paid for it is already worth the money!

I have a TLR-2 mounted to my XD 45 and love it. Nice having that bright light and red dot just a click away.

but, I do have a Streamlight TLR-1 (flashlight) mounted on my Springfield
service model XD-.45 ACP. The extra weight helps tame recoil a bit~!
