Just got this classic "Beauty"(Security-Six)!

Been looking for the same thing for a while. I find them blued all over but SS is hard to come by in 4". My dad had one he bought in the early 80's. It was stolen in a home burglary about 10 years ago. He mentions it every time I show up with a new gun or we go to the range. His birthday is in September, I hope to find one by then.

I sure would be upset if any of my guns were stolen. But especially the Security Six, or the '58 S&W .38 spec. mod. 14 4". They may not be quite as expensive as a few others I have, but they would be harder to replace and are much more dependable. What can I say....I'm just partial to older revolvers.
