just picked up a couple new rifles

    and i feel like a kid at christmas time :D

    I took these with the wife's camera and it doesn't take the best pictures. I'll try to take some more at some point this weekend with mine.

    The ambi safety that I ordered didn't work so I have to send it back and get another. :mad: The ambi mag release & charging handle work beautifully though. :cool:

    We all feel like kids on christmas, on new purchases. well, I do! nice set-ups on the two. Give a range report on the two if possible.

    What is the Savage? .308? I picked one up in .300 winchester magnum last month.

    I will be looking out for the range report on that .308 too. I hope it shoots as good as it looks. Awesome

    I think that Savage deserves a better stock;) The ones that come with those rifles just don't do it justice.

    I have a Bell & Carlson Duramaxx stock for mine and I love it. Not too expensive and looks worlds better than the one Savage fit it with.

    I'm actually thinking about either a Choate Ultimate Varmint or a B&C Medalist. Kinda torn though, even those two are quite far from simliar. :eek:
