My name is Dwight, been shooting all my life. My Primary interest is 22LR particularly Classic Blued Steel and Hardwood guns, especially in Sporters. I enjoy CMP Sporter and Prone Matches..........No long walks on the beaches for me:)

I think you ought to post some pictures of your Classic here

We need to get the word out on how good these guns are.

    Welcome !

I wonder how many bricks of .22 I have shot in the last 50 years ? My first gun was a Remington 510? single shot rifle in .22LR . I let that go a long time ago when I was young and non sentimental.

Also let a nice Anschultz model 64 ?go at a time when I should have known better.

In handguns I suppose the two most memorable .22's I owned was a High Standard Victor and a Colt 4" Diamondback .

I still very much enjoy shooting the .22's myself.

    Hey Dwight,

Remember me? I'm on here too, and also on Shotgunworld. I guess that makes me a firearms forum junkie... Welcome!

    Thanks folks

Im really proud of that little gun, she shoots as good as she looks too. I have a little over 5K rounds through it now and it will shoot dime sized groups at 50 yards from a sling with Wolf MT and ME

I really like Sporters, here is a vintage Winchester 75-S with a correct time period Unertl 6X (this one I call Betty after my late wife)
