In this article from the Blaze there is a security video that shows a man shooting an alleged robber. There were a number of people in line for the new Lebron James shoes when allegedly a man brandishing a gun attempted to rob the people in line. One of the people in line produced his own weapon, shooting and killing the alleged robber.

Without further comment, here is the link that has the video. I will be interested in the THR's comments.

Police not pressing charges. Self defense claimed and supported by witnesses and police investigation so far.

Sure this can change in a minute if national attention and anti-gun politicians get a hold of it.

I am ok with it (even though it appears he fired at a fleeing man and his life was not in danger at that exact moment).

I don't feel sorry for the robber at all. That's a risk you take when you decide to prey on innocent people. I hope they don't nail the citizen for shooting as he was running away.

In general, deadly force is indicated against an armed robber. In this case, with a fellow brandishing a firearm in the presence of a large crowd, there's a "clear and present danger" to everyone present.
