Has anyone heard if Kahr plans on introducing the CM-9 in black?

Anyone heard if they intend to introduce a CM-40?

If they keep it like the normal cw series, than no black. In the same aspect, I see a cm40 in the near future.

No black value line Kahrs. I would have it refinsihed if you want a black slide.

Yeah and by the time I do that I might as well just get the PM series. I kinda figured as much. That's what I really want anyway.

Seriously? You mean, I can spray paint it with duracoat and have it come out okay? You promise?

I mean, I know how to follow instructions, but this is a process I'm not familiar with. I'll do some research.

Oh man NO I wasn't being a smart butt... more like dumb butt. I really didn't know about that process. I wouldn'ta thought it was as simple as that. I still think I'll screw it up. Is it as simple as spraying it on? Or do you have to bake it afterwards or something? How do I make sure I'm not screwing up the functionality?

They have a bake on a for more serious wear and a regular spray on finish and air dry product. Way to darn many colors to try and some of the people useing there products go wild with it. Some say that the colors may look brighter than they excected at times. They have evey thing from the cleaner on to do the job at home. I hobby smithy in town here does some work with dura -coat pruducts and they look cool. As about dura - coat in general and see what you get out of guys on the forum. There have been photos to see over time.
