Kahr P45 not locking slide back

Just got a used Kahr P45 and love it save the fact it doesn't lock the slide back on the last round. Handcylcing, it works as is should, shooting it does not.

Know of any new magazine springs I can put in it. Wolff doesn't spec any out specific to the CW 45 and I'm wondering if there are others that will fit. I'll put in another 5-10% stiffer spring and bet they'd work. The do look a lot like my S&W springs.

I'll look again, I might have missed something on the websites.

Having the slide lock open on empty is highly overrated. It might seem like a usable idea until you have your gun lock open with 5 rounds still in the magazine. But if you believe it's necessary - it sounds like your slide is not coming back far enough to lock when fired. If it does lock when handcycled then either your recoil spring is a little too strong for the load or the load is not heavy enough to get full slide travel. Or the mag follower is bouncing around so much that it's not catching the slide's lock notch. In competition we were taught to count rounds and eject the mag after the last round is fed into battery. You got yelled at anytime you shot to slidelock. It's faster and more reliable.
