Kentucky: Bullitt County Gun and Rod Club
Is anyone a member? I called their number and the person who answered was extremely rude. I told him I was new to the area and that I was interested in membership. He quickly replied that it was by invitation only and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Their site clearly indicates that they take new membership applications.
Surely all members aren't going to act like this. I'd like to at least have the opportunity to apply for a membership, but I guess I need a "sponsor". I'm an NRA Instructor, NRA RSO, and a competitive shooter in IDPA and 3-Gun. Why a club wouldn't want to have a member as active as myself in our community is just hurting itself.
