Alan Gottlieb just called in to Tom Gresham's GunTalk show claiming that CCRKBE has an admission by Kerry's people that he has an AK 47 on the wall in his Boston office. Anyone else catch this? What might this mean for the Kerry campaign?:scrutiny:

Oh that is just :cussing: typical...

"I hate guns, I hate everything about them, they have no purpose, what do you need something like that for????

Yeah, but it reminds me of history, and conflict, and the struggle of oppressed people... So, as long as it hangs on my wall, it's art...

If my bodyguard carries, he's protecting my life. If you carry, you must be considered a threat to my life, I'm a politician after all...

And Geo. W has quite an extensive collection, but favors an AWB...
Daddy's 12 guauge is A-OK but if you want an AK-47 it has to be deactivated to hang on your wall only...
    either way you're screwed...

This gives me so much confidence in our canidates, I think I'll write in a vote for Tom Selleck...

If he does have one, you can bet they will say it has been rendered inoperable per ATF guidelines and isn't considered a "firearm" any more.

Even if deactivated, I would love to see it turn out to be a full-auto AK that was brought back illegally from Vietnam.
