Is the frame on a Kimber Custon II identical to that on a 1911 Colt 1980?

They very similar, but they are not identical. However, I think you have a more specific question you probably want to ask. Is there something you are trying to do with them?

Colt Series 80 is probably the term you were looking for with the Colt product. It helps when you are doing searches.
