From recommendations here, I just obtained one of the KMS UFO led arcs to mount on my LCT. Which side did you mount yours on? Front near the handle or back side away from the handle? Or will it be obvious when I go to mount it?

I have been using one of those sewing machine lights from Amazon. I just looked up the UFO light. The design looks to give better lighting. Thanks for posting it.

Thanks Englishmn. Yeah common sense, did exactly that but wanted to see if someone would say “don’t put it here because it gets in the way...” of something I wouldn’t think about. I put it in front from the left side. Yes kcofohio it’s a great light, can see all the way to the bottom of a case.

Really inexpensive, twenty some odd. I had Amazon credit from a small purchase last time, with that credit it is under 8 bucks and will be here tomorrow!

I'm still very new to all this- but I got one of these on my LCT the other week as well- it has made a huge night and day difference seeing into the cases.

Additionally- I thought the kit was very well done, and it included the clips, zip ties and adhesive blocks to install it however you need to- I thought that was a very nice touch as well.

I have the Dillon 650 and 550 ones and I have 8 overhead lights in my tiny reloading room, so I always thought it was well lit. The UFO lights make it seem like I am loading in the dark on all my other presses.

I have the Hornady LNL AP version and it is like a UFO just flipped on it's landing lights.

The LNL version is a bit trickier to mount as you have to center the ring of LEDs on the center hole of the die plaform...from underneath. But it has the added advantage, over the turret, of having a string of LEDs run up the front support

I ordred the KMS lights the other day after seeing this thread. Got it yesterday. It was $23 on Amazon for my Lee turret press. Easy installation and works great. Here are some pics with my bench lights off and just the press lights on

Here I am loading a 357 case with 7.9 gr of Unique. Press light off & on

Here is one more picture. All the lights at my bench are on as would be normal when loading and the UFO light is on as well. Lights that shell holder right up!

This light was easy to install with well written and easy to understand instructions. Also, the KMS Squared company that makes the UFO light is veteran owned & operated

Great, will be installing mine on the LCTP this evening! I was wondering which side to install it on, but looks great and cord is well oriented.
