That is a nice one. I have not seen that design. Just keep in mind they are a Title II weapon or what most people call a class III. They fall under AOW so the tax is all of 5 bucks.

OK, one question: Is it only loaded when the blade is open?

If so, then I can't see the utility of fumbling around for a .22 shell if you actually needed to use the thing.

Sistema: It doesn't look like i can be "closed" all the way, in any situation. The "tang" in the grip is solid, there's nowhere for the sharp-bit to go if it folds all the way. I think it only folds a bit to allow the user to load/unload it.

I like this one. Its a 5 shot .22 knife.

So if we build one attached to a cavalry saber does that make it a .22 LONG KNIFE ??? Surprised no one had stooped to that level of punnery yet.

They're both interesting ideas. I tried to read the manufacturers name on the single-shot and can't quite get it. It looks like "FOSEL AND BROWN TUCSON, AZ" but I find nothing with a Google search.

Where can I buy one?
Does anyone know the prices?
