    You're dealing with maybe 1000 different personality types. Of all political persuasions. And antogonistic to one another.

    But you strike a balance.

    Definitely a job that is under appreciated but needed to keep the site true to the mission.:cool:

    I think this is a bit of a mischaracterization, or you were looking for a different word. No, we don't always read off the same page of the playbook, but we are all on the same team. :)

    Wellllllll, not always, but we expect that silly civility thing that some chafe under helps keep the eye gouging, ear biting and hair pulling to a minimum. ;)
