HK USP45 Tactical. Only while hiking or camping but it was concealed.
The biggest I go is a Taurus 450 (5 shot .45 colt revolver 2" bbl) and a para warthog ( double stacked 1911 .45acp3" bbl). Both iwb about 4 o'clock strong side canted. For a test I carried a ruger black hawk for a day, no one seen it but way to heavy and uncomfortable.

Ruger Redhawk 7 1/2" 357 in a shoulder holster in my thinner days under a parka in winter.

The pants were Duluth Trading Co. Pants of some fashion, don't really Remember now. I mainly did it so I could say I had pocket carried a full sized gun. After a few days it got surprisingly unnoticeable, wasn't exactly comfortable but wasn't really big deal either. Other than when I sat down, then since it was in pockets 10" deep it would fall over to one side of my leg or the he other, it just wouldn't stay put. I only pocket carried it for a couple months.

Probably the largest gun I have carried concealed would be a Colt Combat Commander. Everything else is quite a bit smaller by comparison: lots of S&W J frame snubbies, Colt Mustang, AMT .380 Back Up, Kahr CM9, and the smallest being a KelTec P3AT.

14" Desert Eagle with vertical shoulder holster if the weather is cool.
Ankle rig is my most favorite, easy on easy off and it's with me. I realized long ago I'm not ever going to do a quick draw if someone gets the drop on me. Situational awareness is my best friend. Ankle in the car also doesn't get locked out by the seat belt.
I also will use my should holster weather permitting. Also use a Comp-Tac IWB.
Have also been trying to get used to a quality Bellyband that I recently acquired.

Ah, a Desert Eagle guy!
I once carried a 50 AE Desert Eagle with a 6 inch barrel tucked into my belt.
A 460 S&W Magnum revolver with a 5 inch barrel carries OK in a belt holster.

I've carried a beretta 92, small of back IWB, but its not comfortable. I've even mexican carried a 1911 some.. but neither of those is as easy as a snubbie or small 9mm.
I picked up one of those trigger guard kydex clips, with the lead to a belt loop, & it makes a g-34 doable.. but still not as easy as a g-19. My favorite carry gun is still the LCR, 9mm or 38spl. Only 5 shots, but its easy to toss in the pocket or slip iwb.
I have also carried, for a short while, an 8" 44m redhawk, in a shoulder holster under a motorcycle jacket. I'd go to the range with it & that was about the only way to carry it!

Try a Hi Point .45. I did it years ago just to see how it felt. I didn't do it again.
In cold weather I carry a CZ-75B. The other 10-11 months of the year I pocket carry a micro 9mm.
Around the farm I carry whatever floats my boat that day but concealment isn't an issue.

I pocket carried a Colt Series 70 Mark IV.....in the front slash pocket of one of those Levi's faux sheep lined winter coats a couple of winters,
Winter coats reminds me that at a much younger age I carried a loaded and capped Repro Colt 1851 .36cal revolver "Mexican Carry" under a field jacket a few times. The things young men will do that gives them the shivers to think about in old age.......

S&W SW99. It's a relatively thin double-stack and the curved back to the grip makes the shirt less likely to get caught on it.

How do you define 'concealed'?
If you believe concealed means completely undetectable, then you’re going to have a harder time making it happen. At the other end of the spectrum, if you believe concealed means what the dictionary says it means, obscured from view, and don’t care if the entire outline is clearly discernible, you have more choices and bigger guns from which to choose.
If I were carrying illegally, then the former definition is the one I would choose, but since I am legally carrying concealed it doesn’t matter to me if someone sees a bulge or lump on my belt, I use the latter definition; after all, it could be anything. Where I live there is no requirement to conceal, our license merely allows the option of carrying concealed.
Once you have a realistic (stressing the word realistic) expectation of how you’ll need/want to carry, you might find a bigger gun is more easily concealed per the dictionary definition than the paradigm definition.

FNP-45. It's big, but the real problem was the weight of the 16 rounds of .45 ACP. And the 15-round spare mag. 
Second place goes to my Sig X-5 TAC TB. The Mec-gar mags hold 18 rounds of 9mm.
Or maybe 2nd should go to a 6" Python with wooden grips.

One time, Just to see if I could do it, I carried my S&W model 19 (with its big ole' target grips). That lasted about an hour.
Since then, I have learned that the largest I can comfortably carry is a Govt. model 1911, or a S&W M&P9 (4").

Used to conceal a full size 226 stainless. Did it for a long time.
now its a 239. I am a pretty slim dude at 5'8 and 130 lbs. never had a problem.

I carried a 92FS for several years in an IWB holster. It wasn't a big deal until I tried to sit down
For a short time, I switched to a shoulder rig but just didn't feel very proficient drawing from it.
These days, I either carry an LCR in my pocket or a PX4 Storm subcompact in a bellyband. It still isn't as quick on the draw as an IWB holster but it is a good compromise for me. Neither gives me the accuracy or number of rounds I had with the 92 either but I sure am a whole lot more likely to be carrying on any given day now.

Para P13 in FL, with jeans and a denim shirt XL in the 90 degree heat. Did it a few months, it was alloy and covered well, biggest problem was the muzzle hitting a chair when I sat to eat dinner. That was 15 yrs ago, when we were all on a "big gun kick" either a 1911 or a Glock 21". Plus we were all Body Builders, so when you have 46" chests and up the rest of you is proportionately larger than normal. The Buffet restaurants would lock the doors.

I once concealed a 6" barrel S&W 629 in a vertical shoulder holster for a quick trip to the market. I did it just to see if it was possible. It was.
