LaRue Trigger

I saw those a couple weeks ago. A buddy told me about them. He has two and he really likes them.

LaRue obviously built them to compete with Geissele and from the behind the scenes video they went to a lot of effort to make them nice. They were also obviously sick of emails asking where their stuff was.

LaRue has their MBT trigger on sale for $99.00, if you don't mind waiting a bit to get one. While not on the same level as, say a Geissele they are solid triggers and a damn good buy at $99.

I have a Geissele SSA and a LaRue MBT and I prefer the LaRue.

Not a big difference, I would buy the LaRue even if they were the same cost, and the Geissele is twice the cost.

The Geissele is a fine trigger and I would like to try out their HSNM line. But SSA vs. MBT I prefer the MBT.

Larue MBT triggers are the best buy out there at $99. Really like mine.

I have a GS-2 and a LaRue I can wait trigger. I prefer the GS-2. It's probably a toss up who likes one over the other. For $99, the LaRue is a very good value, no doubt.

If I’m buying an inexpensive AR trigger, I rank G2S, Larue, Bushmaster NM, Rock River. These 4 keep me well fed and happy with my triggers. For the AR’s I really care about, the Geissele NM Hi Speed.

Larue triggers are great. My 14.5" .300blk ultimate upper kit came with one. As good as many of the G triggers out there.

I'm remodeling the house, and trying to keep an Italian woman happy. Otherwise I'd buy a 6.5 Creedmur ultimate upper kit for a DPMS g1 stripped lower.

Anyone compared it to a Trigger Tech? My local shop happens to have the adjustable one in stock. I really want the Trigger Tech, but at more than double the cost of the Larue I'm still trying to make up my mind. Going in a mid-long range build, anyone have any issues with it in precision applications?

I just dropped one in a friends AR.

Very nice trigger, not quite as "refined" as my Geissele SSA-Es (3), but it didn't cost $200+ dollars either. I'm going to get one on order for my next build and possibly my M&P 15-22.

You guys are killing me. I've been thinking about upgrading the trigger on the Ruger AR556 for a long time now. Was going to go with the one from Ruger, but for $87 I could not pass on the LaRue. I know they've been $99 before, but they got me with $87 :)

It appears that they are backordered at the moment. But since the price is good until Christmas there should be ample time to pick one up.

I guess I’m the only one that prefers single stage. I have a Timney 3 lb. I like. I sure wish they cost less.

I have one in my 300 BO carbine. It's a good two stage trigger. I don't like the shape of trigger bow where you put your finger as much as on my Geissele G2S. The Larue is a bit wider and flatter side to side but the trigger breaks as nice as the Geissele. For the price it's a good deal if your looking for a solid two stage trigger, YMMV

87 bucks.....for the love of Pete, going broke with bargains. Oh well, you can't take it with you! The money that is, I'm taking my guns!LOL

They must be doing a land office business. My order is showing back ordered.

Good, not good that you won't get your new toy as quickly as you would like; but good in that I like to see business do well. Particularly businesses that I think well of.
