Lasserlyte sells lasers that replace your resr sight. I had one and the switch started to malfunction. I called Laserlyte on the phone and told them what the problem was, I also told them that the one year warranty had run out. I asked them for an RMA # so that I could send it in for repair at my cost. Today the UPS truck delivered a small package. . . It was a brand new $200.00 laser!!!! No cost, just a postage paid envelope to return the old laser!!!!! Talk about great customer service!!!!! iF Y[OU ARE THINKING ABOUT A LASER FOR YOUR WEAPON, YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH A LASERLYTE :D:D:D:D:D:D:):)

Thanks for the report. However, the laser failing is more a factor for me in deciding if i'll buy one than their customer service.

I did almost the same...they upgraded to their latest model for me...zero cost. Can beat the CS with a stick.

I've only seen one of their lasers, but I wasn't impressed. It came in a package deal with my dad's XD40c. The thing would turn on/off just by the force of recoil, and the point of aim kept shifting. Less than worthless IMO. Maybe it was just a lemon, but I don't plan to ever buy one based on that experience.
