I bought a Lee Load Master to load .223. I am using H335 and it keeps spilling out of the powder measure on the side. (out of the drumm) which in turn makes it very hard to turn which is breaking the chain. Is that powder to small for the Lee "Perfect Powder Measure". Has anyone else had a problem like this.

One thing you might do is pull the soft-rubber bushing on the dispenser down a bit. I had everything leaking a bit until I did that. What that does is help seal the hopper against the top of the cavity disc. Pull the bushing down some and then mount the hopper with the cavity in the forward position. Give it a good squish to prevent it from catching in the cavity when it comes back to fill.
I know I've seen at least one LM that had what looked like a cookie/candy-tin lid rigged between the die and the turret (or was it the hopper and the die?) for catching the powder.

Readin your post again, are you using a Pro-Auto Disc, or a Perfect Powder Measure? If using the PPM, disassemble it and clean the bearing surface. When you feed the powder through, the lever should have a little more than a pound of resistance. With fine ball powders, you're going to get some leakage at anything movable by a chain.
Keep an eye out at the stores for those pens on chains. The chains are steel (or at least harder than the Lee ones), and will take a lot more stress. I grab mine from my store, as people swipe the pens and the new pens come with new chains.

I just had the chain on my lee powder measure break and lee wanted me to send the broken one back before they would send the new one. Went to Lowes home center and bought 3 feet of the same chain out of the fan dept for $1.98. 6 feet was just under $4.
It is too bad that you got someone on the phone that wanted the broken chain back before sending a new one. Even though you have 3' now, look on the Lee site under Help Videos and there is a short video on setting up the chain that has worked for me - easy enough that I take it off each time I stop loading so the tension doesn't remain on the powder measure.

Listen to Uncle Don regarding the Loadmaster. He can make it run like it is supposed to run. I have seen his video clips on Glocktalk and elsewhere, and the guy is for real. He can mentor you on Lee equipment like few others on line.
