it seems i am collapsing my brass on seating / crimping...i found i had Alox built up in the die...cleaned it out the best i could and reloaded some of my cast bullets (452-230 45colt) some with Alox others without it..they did not collapse, but what seems like a light crimp i tried to make it heavier, but 1/8 turn again collapsed the brass..

    any ideas?

any solution to dilute the Alox?

    thanks

I buckled some cases when I first started reloading and my solution was to seat and crimp in two seperate operations. Now whenever I start loading a new caliber I always get a Lee factory crimp die. I havent buckled a case since. Jim.
