Lee turret handle

Has anyone made or used a handle similar to this one?

It is similar the the Dillon lever, but it has a kink in it. Thinking about trying to make something for my classic turret press.

why ask just do it,piece of rod threaded on end with a handle from a machine.

Well, I was kind of curious on how someone make it, hence the question.

Would you take a straight bar and heat it and bend it in some sort of jig or something?

Not really all that mechanically inclined, but I know people (father) that could probably do it. But it would help to give him some ideas on how it was done.

Maybe find an old bike handle bar and cut it?

I would guess for the same reason people swap out the Star sizer handle , comfort
Give lathesmith a shout over on Cast Boolits , he is making a L roller handle for the Star sizers ,bet he'd knock 1 out for you

Actually I made a shorter handle for my cast turret press . I did not like the long handle that came with it and had some round stock laying In my shop it was a tie rod from a hyd .cyl . I put a tapper on one end heated it and put a bend in it to clear the press its about 4"shorter than the original and works fine did not need the long travel of the lee handle.
