finally got my LEM conversion today. after figuring out how the internal hammer fit in the external hammer, it was smoothe sailing. now i can do it in under 5 minutes.
i converted a USP9F/V7 to the LEM.
the DAO of the V7 was about 9#. the switch to the LEM using the original springs brought it to 4.4# (10 pull average) measured on my Lyman digital guage. if i install the included main spring, the pull went up to about 5#. i haven't (probably won't) install the new trigger spring or Firing pin block spring because this is a 8# kit that i bought. using the heavier mainspring, the 2nd strike was to heavy to register on my guage, which has a 12# limit. using the original V7 spring, the pull is still 9#
the wife has the digi-cam so no install pics yet.
off to the range now
