Surprised no one has a Gurkhas to post. My mistake kukri!
Once I find another knife I'll pose it with the 4" 22 Diamondback
Here ya go, two Gurkhas!
Oh wait, you probably wanted to see a kukri.......
Sorry, couldnt resist.
Did somebody say they wanted to see a Kukri?
Big thanks to the OP! This is an extremely enjoyable thread, the two, handguns and knives, go together so well.
Nice to see so many unusual specimens.
Model 28-2 with Gerber knife
Utilitarian....Glock27 and a Kershaw my daughter gave me.
My HK45 and BM155. I'm thankful for a community to share with.
Forgive the cruddy pics, but here are some Handgun/Knife combos of mine.
1. S&W 25-5 and Replica Musso Bowie. I like 'em big. No, I'm not compensating for anything.
2. German SIG 220 and Glock Model 40 with Gerber BMF. This is as tactical as I get.
3. EDC: Kahr P9 and Benchmade folder.
4. Going old-school here: All-steel Scottish pistols (cheap repros, but functional), plus two dirks and a sgain achlais by Vince Evans.
A couple more...
A CZ P01 and a Gerber Applegate/Fairbairn folder:
A CZ P07 and a Gerber EVO Tanto folder:
Pics of knives I made:
And the best I ever made:
Those knives are badass! Wow!
Rock, I just noticed a Strider in your collection! I remember going down to their little Oceanside storefront on a few occasions to chat with Mick, Duane and the guys and check out their offerings.
I never got a blade named after me, but my former roommate got a fixed blade he helped design called JM that Strider made at one point. Back then it was a $350.00 knife!
A little trip down memory lane, thanks!
I'll take knife #1 and #3 thank you
Very nice craftsmanship!
Still finding knives to pose with pistols...
Buck 310v and a 4" 22 diamondback
And the only non 500 magnum S&W pistol I own paired with the bayonet from my MM M48 yugo mauser. The SW is a 14-4 38spl with a color case hardened hammer
I guess I need to dig out some knives. My wife like collecting them "for me" (totally for her but she wont admit). Not mostly name brand but caught her fancy.
Maybe later this weekend I'll have some time.
Here’s an older pic. Swap out the Kershaw Cryo for a Kershaw Link and it’s what’s on me every single day.
Thanks! #3 was a Fighter but it was going to Texas so I couldn't make it with a 7" blade - 5 1/2" is the max. So I shortened the blade and it came out pretty nice.
Here's some 7" Fighters:
Ive seen your work around other places as well. I really like the modern mixed with traditional look your knives have. Now if i could just get my hands on one...
Thanks! I quit making some time ago, but I hope you find one!
