My only S&W, 617 Target Champion, no dash. Nill grips, apex tactical smooth trigger, changed by the previous owner, it was made with a serrated but I like it better this way, original trigger saved of course, might need it some day.

I bought it with the original target type grips, but if I'm not mistaken, it would have come from the factory with the smooth, deep finger grooved combat type grip, that one seems hard to find here in Sweden.

Dirty on the pictures, I like to shoot it alot and it shoots great!

Wälkommen till The High Road. Beautiful revolver!

I have a new one to add, a 6” Model 66-2.

I have a Model 15 4” in the statutory penalty box again... causing me to realize that I went from having just two K-frame Smiths a couple of years ago (a 2.5” M-19 and a pre M-10 M&P) to having a bunch in both blued and stainless persuasions.

I think the K-frame must be nocturnal, as they’ve clearly bred and reared their babies in the dark when the safe is closed...well, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

Stay safe.

My trio.. 66 no dash, 66-2 w/3" or my unfired 66-1with 2.5" with box and all docs.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! I'll bet that trio sings beautiful songs; well, maybe the duet, since the M66-1 is mute....so far. Do you plan to keep it unfired, or do like I did, head to the range the day after you bought it?

I posted elsewhere about it, but I found an unfired, NIB M66-1 exactly like yours this past weekend. I'd been looking for something easy to conceal and carry, so in a way it was unfortunate I found an unfired gun. But also fortunate, as I was certain it would have no issues from long use. And, BTW, the price tag shown is the original, not what I paid....which is sad.

I've had it for several years tucked away in my safe and getting weak. I hope you got a great deal on yours as they are bringing big bucks unfired with original box and papers. I think it's time to get it dirty!
