Yes, lets (again!) It does indeed change as more members join, and others adjust to different needs.

EDC: Kel-Tec PF9, 115-grain Remington-UMC JHP ammo, in a Tagua (left-handed) belt-slide holster worn OWB, and concealed under an untucked shirt. No reload (most of the time; yes, that needs to change!) Capacity: eight rounds.

DCC (deep-conceal carry): Kel-Tec P32, WWB 73-grain JFN "first up" and "next in line", followed by Fiocchi 73-grain FMJ. Uncle Mike's pocket holster. No reload. This gun is only carried while in transit between my home and work site. Capacity: eight rounds.

I do have others that I carry from time to time, but these two make up 95 percent or better of carry duty. The others, when they're carried, usually are for more of a "nostalgia" or other purpose.

As of now. Lcr .38 with factory boot grips and xs night sight package. Two hks speedloaders in left pocket. Sometimes an additional two speed strips in back pocket as well. I am best at the off hand reload with the speed loaders. Gun in desantis leather IWB holster. Appendix carry. It's loaded with remington 158 grain lswchp's. However, I'm having a hard time finding these and have begun trying ( and liking ) hornady critical defense on paper. Also, I carry a NAA mini mag 1 1/8" barrel in a ankle holster left leg. It's too easy to carry so I do. It's loaded with Speer gold dots. I have shot these and they penetrated thru 2" of solid wood and another 2" of newspaper backing stacked together at about 10'. Bullets expanded. It only backs up the .38. I used to carry an sp101 sometimes loaded with .357's. Still have it. Great weapon also. Same setup.

Armoredman - how do you carry your CZ SP01? What holster? I've got one for USPSA but it's way too heavy to consider carrying on the daily compared to a Glock 19 or the similar.

Here's mine

Glock 26 Gen 4 - Raven Concealment holster, carried OWB around 9:00, loaded with Hornady Critical Duty 135 gr +p
1 spare mag - Loaded with same ammo, also Raven holder
Benchmade Griptilian
Keys

Not pictured - Wallet, and iPhone (used to take picture)

M&P 9mm in an Old Faithful hybrid, Emerson CQC-14, wallet, keys, Wrigley's Spearmint, and an iPhone.

Most days it's a beretta nano in front right pocket, desantis pocket holster, kershaw leek clipped in left front pocket with phone in the same pocket, wallet left rear pocket, streamlight micro stream clipped in right rear pocket with redman in the pocket. Timex expedition left wrist.

On non work days I remove the nano and carry a glock 26 iwb in a comptac spartan

you ever weigh all that stuff up?

I carry an LCP in a leather pocket holster, pen knife and extra mag.

Well it was my xds and the sig as a backup but now it's back to my LCR and my sig is still my bug keys and wallet and oh my EDC knife is a kershaw

Smith model 65 .357 magnum EDC, in a custom AHolster.

Ruger LCP or sometimes Seecamp .32 BUG.

Spyderco 4" folder, SAK, and 6 more rounds of .357 on a speed strip in my pocket.

Colt 1991A1 in a Galco N3 IWB.

Simple. Plain. Nothing fancy.

Though I'm looking at transitioning to a different holster sometime. I like the one I have, but there's room for reasonable improvement.

EDC Firearm 1: S&W 340 M&P, .357 Mag.
EDC Holster: El Paso Saddlery C-Force
EDC Rounds: Speer Gold Dot 135 Grain Short Barrel .38 + P

Other Gear: Spyderco Caly 3.5

EDC summertime:

Kel-Tec P3AT, back pocket, stoked with handloaded 102 gr. Golden Sabres. sometimes a spare mag.

EDC wintertime:

Kel Tec PF9, 115 gr. Remington JHP, coat pocket or IWB holster. Spare mag if I remember.

However, when the wife & kids are in tow, I have increased liabilities, so winter or summer, I will typically carry my G20 10mm with a Pierce +2 extension for 18 rounds on tap, and two spare mags holding 17 each. I may forgo the extra firepower if we're staying out in our rural county or the neighboring ones, but when we take them somewhere in the metro area, I'm "loaded for bear", so to speak. If some nut job enters the museum, zoo, or whatever venue we happen to be at and opens up, I want to be sure I have enough rounds on hand to keep him pinned down while they escape the danger zone.

My preference would honestly be to avoid all population centers and crowded venues, but it's not right to deny your little ones those experiences on account of a vanishingly rare (but increasingly more common) event. As such, I simply stay vigilant and carry enough gun to feel confident in my ability to protect them against the unlikely but unimaginably scary event of a mass shooter targeting a crowd that we're part of. I'm not particularly afraid of such a person where my own life is concerned, but I don't know if I could handle the pain of loosing one of my baby girls, or my yet-unborn son. I would kill without hesitation any person or creature that threatened their lives.

Firearms: Glock 30, 36, 26
Ammo: Speer Gold Dot Short Barrel HPs
Holsters: CrossBreed SuperTucks
Knife: Kershaw SpeedSafe 1820
Phone: Motorola RazorMax
Vehicle lockboxes by ConsoleSafe
0-4 extra loaded mags per gun.

I usually carry one and have a second in the vehicle. Sometimes only one, rarely all three. When traveling in predator habitat, I may have a rifle handy as well.

G23, phone, knife, keys, wallet.

Sometimes a flashlight and spare mag.

If I'm going someplace that concerns me I might don my level III vest.

Most important - brains and situational awareness. Avoid times and places where odds of danger increase, and be prepared to leave to avoid danger when it presents.

I'm not looking to be the next G. Zimmerman test case.

I've carried the Seecamp LWS32for a long time.
Loaded with Silvertip or Gold Dot.

The 9mm HK P2000sk is about 5 years young.
Currently has Winchester PDX1+P.

CZ P-01. I do not use a holster (even though I make and sell them, weird eh?) B4 the flames start - at one point, more than HALF my (old) agency was carrying w/o a holster. Never once was there one ND, the only person to lose control of their piece had crashed a MTC at over 70MPH, during MY MTC crash, my gun never moved, AND I've been an armorer for years. So.... I don't need advice on how to carry my own gun thanks :)

ALWAYS carry a flashlight (Fenix LD20), Benchmade 51, a spare mag (or magS), and a Krink in the car with a PILE of mags :D

A police officer.

When I can't do that, here are my carry options:

1) Beretta Nano in an uncle Mike's #12 (I believe, lefty IWB) loaded with Federal 135 grain
2) If I'm just running down the street, can't hide #1 or just feel lazy, Ruger LCP with Remington Gold Sabre 102 grain

I do not use a holster (even though I make and sell them, weird eh?) - I don't need advice on how to carry my own gun thanks

I wonder, then, how you test your holsters to ensure they do the job properly....
