load ideas for a 50cal Vortek pistol

I rcently baught a traditions ardesa Vortek pistol. It's the .50cal in the ceracote grip. I am looking for ideas on good target load's.

30- 40 grains3FFF powder is sweet to shoot...recoil becomes nasty around 60 grains and unmanageable at 80 gr.....

These are very nice guns and the old Buck Hunters were as well.
