I recently ordered a bunch of Hi-Tek coated bullets from Summers Enterprises. Great service and nice bullets. I had never loaded coated bullets before. Usually I do plated ones. I got some 125gr for 9mm, 200gr SWC for 45acp,158gr RNFP and 130gr FP for 38/357
So far I have loaded and shot some of the 45s and 9mm. I loaded 24 of the 130gr FP bullets over 8gr of Unique. Had trouble finding data but had previously loaded 125gr plated for 357 and found data for 120gr lead 150gr lead, 135gr Gold Dot and others that gave me an idea of how much Unique to use. I took those to try out and another 24 rounds with an Xteme 125gr RNHP over 5.9gr
Here are the 130gr Hi-Tek

They shot a hair low through my 686 as expected since it is set up for 158gr bullets, but a bit of Kentucky windage fixed that. I shot standing with a 2 handed grip at 25 feet. Here are the first 6

and here are all 24

Next I shot the 125gr Xtremes. I stuck a 3 inch target spot over the middle of the previous target. Here are all 24 on target

Here is what I shot with. I was pretty happy with the results of both loads especially considering I was shooting off hand. The 130gr/8gr Unique had midrange recoil and the 125gr/5.9 Titegroup load was fairly mild

Very nice.

I think you did a good job of generalizing the data that you did have and applying sound judgement to come up with a load that seems to have worked very well.
