I think it was made by Mauser, but a while ago I saw a bolt action rifle in a magazine that had the fore grip all the way to the end of the barrel so that it didn't even protrude from the gun, anyone know what model this is?

Not knowing which rifle you saw in a magazine,I am assuming that you saw a Mannlicher or a Mannlicher styled rifle. A Mannlicher is NOT a Mauser but Interarms put Mausers in Mannlicher styled stocks as did Ruger with their International model. Was the bolt handle at the rear of the bolt or in the middle?
