Looks like someone painted over the original finish with some kind of crinkle finish paint. That's probably why you can't see any markings.

Appears to an EL Gamo
Gamo Falcon Target pistol .177

did a google image search using your original photo.
have no personal knowledge on this one

With sean m's information, I poked around some more and it is definitely a GAMO, but looks more like a GAMO Center than a Falcon.

The Falcon has a different receiver that is much thicker near the rear of the gun and has a smooth receiver rather than the rough-textured finish of the Center.

There should be a number of stampings on the receiver.

Looks like the crinkle finish was standard on the Center.

Don't know about the Falcon, but I did find one source for the Center indicating that the grip angle could be adjusted.

There's a bolt coming up from the bottom of the grip with a sharp point on it, which engages with the teeth provided for grip rake angle adjustment on the frame. The Center can be shot quite well. At best I managed about 500 out of 600 with one as a novice 10 metre air pistol shooter, graduating to a Baikal 46m to take me up into the 550 range. For a springer that's pretty good, especially considering there's no recoil damping built in such as what one finds in the Diana M6 or model 10. Quite a gentle shooter really.
