I was told that I'd get more meaningful responses here, so I'll try again.
I've been hearing far to many differing views on the difference between the Ruger Mini-30 and Saiga 7.62x39 to come to a conclusion which is superior.
So, I'm looking for ANYONE in the Kansas City, Missouri area who has a Mini-30 and some free-time in the next two or three weeks. All I want to do is compare the two rifles accuracy, weight, "feel" (which one suites your American Riflemen better), which one is better scoped and not scoped, and any other observations. I'll pay for the ammo, we'll meet at a Range of your preference. I won't pay for gas, its as low as a dollar and fifty cents in most places. I don't want to buy the gun, just match it up against the Saiga.
Note: I will not buy more than 100 rounds a gun, with Christmas coming up and everything, but I will be happy to purchase any brand(s) of ammo you like (so long as its from Cabelas, Bass Pro, or any other local shop).
