I picked up a very nice used Triple K should holster for my 1911. Really like it and it allows 2 extra mags on the right side and weapon on left. Fully adjustable and balances very well. The snap that holds the thumb strap down is loose, not to the point that it comes apart but only requires a slight motion to release. Can the snaps be tightened or should I just replace them.

The snap is really a rivit, and yes it can be tightened. Look around for a leather shop that does repairs, or go to www.tandyleatherfactory.com and buy your own tools.
