Never mind, should have Googled before posting. Found out It's a Century Arms repro.

That's "C.A.I.", Century Arms International. It's a commercially made receiver with USGI or foreign-made surplus parts attached to it. Quality varies, but with a cast receiver (instead of forged like the USGI model), they are not highly thought of.

That's what I found out. Friend won one in a raffle, since he lives out of town I picked it up for him. He had $50 invested in tickets, maybe i should offer him his money back and keep it?
