    Hi all,
    What was the name and weight of the cradel used at Springfield Armory to do Targeting of M1 Garands and testing various lots of ammunition? Now this one shold be easy for you guys. First let some of the new guys try, while you race to your books for the answer. Have fun. I need hits to the site again guys. No hits Boss will close down one of my sites. Looking for Sponsers.

    Hi all,
    The answer to this quiz is as follows:
    The cradel used was the Frankfort Arsenal, Accuracy Mount. Its weight was 1,000 pounds. I don't think we could use it at the outdoor ranges today unless you had 20 guys to move it around. Also, there is a neat story about these and re. number 9 on the oprod, but that's another quiz.
