    Hi all,
In the Educational Order for Winchester what important part was not on the list for these first 500 M1 Rifles thus they were not made by Winchester. What was the part?

Were Paige Sighting Devices ever included in orders for M1 Rifles? "Educational" makes me think this might have been an item to consider (I'm thinking of the half-silver mirror prism which lets the gunny check your sight picture as you shoot--that's the Paige device, right?)
