Is there a magazine capacity restriction for handguns in Washington state?

No current limits. There was a bill restricting mags to 10 rounds but it didn't get out of committee.

There are several websites that offer summaries to firearm laws that you should know. One of them is handgunlaw.us. Think of them as the "Wikipedia" of guns, a good starting point. I visit a handful of states throughout the year including Florida from Alabama. I always check magazine and carry law every single time to make sure there are no changes at the border.

I'm willing to bet paychecks that when the new legislative session begins, magazine capacity limits will be high on the priority list of our Dem-controlled house and senate.
