I use a Don Hume IWB holster when I carry mine, model No.10 3-1/2

While Makarov.com had them, I had a Falco leather IWB belt holster. Worked fine.

I used a simple uncle mikes IWB. It worked like a charm!

I also had a Falco, which I liked. Sold it and the Mak a couple weeks ago, though.

I have two, a Don Hume IWB (which I do not think is made anymore, but was similar to this), and an Edgeworks G-Code.

I don't have a picture of my Mak in the holster but it's identical to my 45 holster.
It's a Don Home JIT Slide. I believe they are selling for about $25 now.
