My ex never got into shooting. But when she shot a buddy’s race gun with a dot optic, she really enjoyed shooting it.

Nice! I should look into getting my daughter a red dot for her .22 as she sometimes has trouble picking up the black front sight on the target bullseye.

I would think that women would be bothered by the clashing colors of the upper and lower parts of the gun. Get her at least a black grip module so that the colors would contrast instead of clash. (On mine, I did the opposite -- I got a black gun and then installed a coyote grip module.) Aesthetics is something that Sig apparently doesn't understand.

Very nice! I've got the Plain Jane P320 and the trigger is surprisingly nice; excellent shooter. The M17 looks great, clashing contrast aside.
