There is a chance that law that regulates gun owning and aquiring is easening up a bit, rumors are that the silencer will be allowed for limited use (in ranges), same with lasers. Currently silencers are forbidden and laser is near impossible to get (I must write an application to the grand chief of police, he maybe gives me the permission to go to my local PD to apply for aquiring the laser, local PD gives me the permission to buy the laser, same story with conversion kits).

Wow, man. So, if you own a pistol, a laser pointer, and some electrical tape, does that count as constructive possession? :what:

Hey medusa, something occurred to me at work.

What national origin are these judges handing down harsh penalties for defense against the nekulturny russian folk? Are they perhaps russians themselves, giving a hand to their countrymen? How are judges appointed in your country? What is the origin of the people appointing the judges? Russians also?

Maybe the solution is two prongs: get rid of the bad judges or get rid of bad laws. How are laws made in your country? Who votes for legislature? What is to stop you from having good laws if they are so obviously bad? Why isnt everyone outraged by this as we are?

people here are quite dull, we had slavery for centuries, I guess it's still in the mentality - someone higher says what's good for us. During the communism period the people didn't have to think for themselves, now the people believe blindly that the goverment nows what they're doing. There's not too much of my kind of people, less than others.

Judges are mixed nationalities, they get appointed by the state, people can't do anything about it. There's plenty of those judges who dodn't believe in punishment, maybe they get paid too, several have been busted like that. One judge demanded a million to give out a favorable verdict. You see, there's a lot of nephew-politics here, friends and relatives are put to high places, so it has a cartell-like feeling.

Laws are made by parliament, they mosty sit there and scratch their balls. And usually make a great deal of nothing. IE the law that regulates using dirty language in internet portals has higher priority than gun/SD laws.

No we don't like russians very much, as they have been always a bad news. But remember this, russian-speaking estonians are not the same as russians in estonia. As usual, there is part that wants to be a part of society, and those who don't. The latter is the serious hate object.

Not too much unregistered guns hanging around now, after WWII there was plenty of it, SMGs, MGs etc, several tanks, stalin's organs etc. Long time ago the police (then militia) busted couple of kids, later the minivan the police had was filled with guns and ammo, and all full-autos, like 10+, ammo was by crates. Explosives were also quite common. Kids had steilhandgranates (german club as it was called), friend from work blew up a bridge with ammonite sticks (couple of decades ago, made his own detonators) etc.
