Check with Numrich Gun Parts or Brownells. Only two that come to mind.

    Brownells will not have it.
    Wisners didn't have it.
    Popperts didn't have it.
    I didn't check gunpartscorp.com.

So, if you still have the band?

    Take it to a gunsmith.

He can get the broken screw out.
Then measure the thread pitch & dia.

He may have a screw in his junque collection of old screws.

If not, he can fairly easily make one from a screw blank or piece of drill rod.

Or re-thread the band for a screw he does have.
