Mauser Barrel change questions

I have a Yugo 24/47 that could use a new barrel, but I want to keep the gun in it's original form? I like the look and iron sights. Does anyone make a replacement barrel, or is there a barrel that follows the same contours.

Will the front and rear sights come off the old barrel so that i can reuse them?

you will have to get a used barrel (try sarco). This is not something you can do yourself unless you have a barrel vice, lathe(for timing the barrel), head space guages (will have to be headspaced), finish reamer, etc... so take it to a gun smith and have it done properly so you dont kaboom your face.
