Trying to find out who's crest is on a 7mm that I have, I've looked at different website's but they didn't have the info. Wondering if anyone knows who crest it is, the Mauser is a DWM. Also has a cut out in the stock for a scope mount and tapped holes in the receiver. Don't know if it was factory or not, if not someone did a very professional job.

Here's a link to some pics, the first pic of the Mausers crest is the second pic that comes up. There are other pics of it mixed in with the others. Thanks for any help.

That appears to be a Brazilian Model 1894 Small Ring Mauser. They are not nearly as common as their Model 1908 and 1935 Large Ring Brazilian counterparts, or the Chilean 1895 Small Rings.

    Cool find.

Here's some more pictures of one: http://www.angelfire.com/vt/milsurp/brz94.html

Thanks cal30, that looks like it. Trying to find all the info I can as I'm trying to sell it for the owner. Already sold the two other Gew98's that they had and some other stuff. Still have a couple air rifles also.

For my end of the deal I got a 1903 Springfield and a scrubbed K98. Gonna hit the range next Sunday to give them a try.

    Thanks again.
