Maybe not the best looking one but, finally, she's mine. Cooper 300BLK

I bought this Cooper 21 back in February this year near as I recall, a .223 rifle. As it turned out, this one had a 1:14 twist which is not really what I'd hoped for. I sent it back to Cooper for a faster twist re-barrel but getting a replacement barrel was dragging on. Meanwhile, I lost confidence in my Rem 700 300BLK with ignition and extraction issues and got rid of it. So, I asked Cooper to re-barrel in 300BLK which they agreed to do.

Well, I just got her back with a 16" threaded barrel. She looks a bit short right now but with a nice 30 cal suppressor hanging off the end, she'll dress up good I think. Figured I'd share the joy with the good folks here at THR.

"Old Spot" shown here was taken with a Handi Rifle in 300 Blackout and 125 gr TNT, love the caliber and have several AR's in it. I shoot only suppersonic and am currently tailoring a load that will shoot well in my Ruger American Ranch in 300 Blackout.

thats a very pretty blackout, cool to see one NOT in tactical or economy dress. I sold my ar upper, but still have a ranch carbine that i shoot almost every time i go shooting.

Gorgeous! Those folks at Cooper sure know how to craft a fine rifle. I second what LoonWulf said about the aesthetics of the rifle being contrary to current trends.

If it's accurate, who cares what it looks like (and I like the way it looks, for what that's worth)

Cooper never fails to produce a great looking rifle that shoots even better. I think this is the first one I've seen in 300 BLK though. Congrats on a fine rifle!
