Wow, I am amazed at MBC's CS. Listen to this:
After I placed my last order, I realized I had intended to order a sample pack of their .30 carbine bullets. So, I emailed Brad and told him I wanted them, and how I wanted to pay.
I got an email back from him saying that he included them, and I could just drop a check in the mail for the bullets. (Not to mention that I misread his email in a moment of idiocy, and thought he was telling me that he got the email too late to have included the sample pack; to which I replied for him "not to worry about it, I'd include it in my next order." I can only imagine what he was thinking about me when he read that.)
That really impresses me quite a bit for him to have done that, especially for a guy like me that has only ordered a couple thousand bullets from him. It's not like I'm ordering 20k a pop. Yet another story about their great CS. Their prices are great, they ship fast, and they do great things like this.
